Did anyone take Breastfeeding class at..

Winthrop Hospital? Did any of your DH's attend? I don't want my husband to be the only guy there. I don't want him to be uncomfortable.

I am taking one on Nov. 13...but in Rockland County....still deciding if I shoul bring DH or not.

I took it at Winthrop. My DH didn't go, but the class was filled with many hubbys.... The class was ok, but truthfully, I didn't learn anything I didn't already know. Not to sound like a know it all, but we had a huge class and with so many people asking questions, it wasn't too valuable for me. But BF'ing worked out really well for me, thankfully. Susan Kennedy was the instructor.

I took the class with my ex at the hospital in Florida where I had my son and I think that it was a big help - I understood more of what was going on - especially when I got mastitis the first week - I would suggest taking a class, couldn't hurt and my ex wasn't uncomfortable, the class was full of men too!
