Did ur FH?

ask your dad's permission? MY dad (who I'm not close with) is mad that FH didn't ask his permission, just wondering if any one still does that?

My FH asked my Mom and Stepfather (whom her and I are really close with). He did not ask my biological father (I'm not close with him and neither is he).

FH asked my grandfather a few days before because I don't talk to my dad and I am very close with my grandfather...It meant soo much to me!

Oh yes-he asked ,well rather told my mom a week in advance because of how he was planning to ask and then asked my dad the night before he proposed.
