Yeah, we knew what our first dance song would be before we were even engaged lol, we just used 'OUR SONG' lol...that was the easiest part so far lol

We are using 'Always' sung by Willie Nelson, it's an old song that a couple people have sang but FH really wanted a Willie Nelson song. Not 'You Were Always on My Mind' but, for you Days of Our Lives fans, it was Tom and Alice's wedding song.

That is not why we picked it...

This is one of the first decisions we made, because it's the only one that didn't cost any money!

We're both indie geeks and picked 'Perfect Lovesong' by a British band called The Divine Comedy.

We are using Just the way you are by Bill yJoel - which we found out AFTER we picked it - was also his parents' wedding song!

our second dance song ( after the cake cutting) is going to be At Last or Fools Rush in

i REALLY wanted Fools Rush in - but it didnt make so much sense for us since we will be together 10 years at the wedding LOL so thats why we may use it for our second one.

'Fools Rush In' is a '40s song, covered by Frank Sinatra and tons of others. There was even an '80s cover by Bow Wow Wow (who sing 'I Want Candy').

'Can't Help Falling in Love' is the Elvis song, covered and made popular again by UB40 (the video if I recall correctly has clips from the Sharon Stone movie 'Sliver' all through it). This is the 'Wise men say / Only fools rush in / But I can't help / Falling in Love with you' song.

Trust me, I'm the geekiest music geek there is and my mind is an encyclopedia of useless music knowledge. Hey, not useless today though! Score.
