Did you see

this article? http://glo.msn.com/relationships/marriage-advice-from-surprising-sources-6663.gallery?GT1=49006

Ive always heard to treat your husband like your his mistress. We started precana on tues and we were talking about chores, so last night my FH said so whos going to do what in our house. I laughed because it was so cute that he was thinking of this stuff.. BTW hes OCD and goes on cleaning sprees all the time . So he said well ill do all the outside work & garbage (he doesnt know we are getting a gardner - he burnt my mothers grass one time ) He also said hed clean the bathroom - i said i dont mind doing that as long as i have those lovely gloves .. i skeeve everything. I said i have no problem doing everything inside. In my house you clean as you go and then you only have to do one big clean (washing floors dusting etc one a wk) My mom has instilled in us the krazy clean syndrome. If a pair of shoes is on the floor for more then 2 mins shes puts it away - regardless if you are leaving.. i guess it will help me and my sisters have clean houses!!

So what are you FH talking about??? Sorry for the long chat.. im BOREDDD and freezing at work

Re: Did you see

FH helps me around the house sometimes .. He takes out the garbage and washes the dishes. ONe major conversation we have been having is how we are going to raise our children!!!! LOL.

FH is all about our kids being well educated and into activies. I am all for that. One things we don't really see eye to eye on is religion! Although FH and I are both catholics we don't practice the Catholic religion as we should. I want to raise my kids catholic and have them do their sacraments and FH is iffy about that since he no longer really follows the religion. I told him this is how we were raised and I think this is how we should raise our children. If when they grow up they don't want to follow the religion then that will be their choice but while they are small we make those decisions for them. It's an ongoing back and forth with him on this subject so we'll see when we get to that point what we will be doing.

Re: Did you see

LOL.. they talked about this in precana.. We also are catholic and do not attend church. His nanny is very religious so i said we can send them to her for all the traditions. We did have to go to religion (although we learned nothing - my friends who celebrate different religions know more then us ) I just dont understand half the things they talk about in church. When we met with the preist i was praying he wouldnt ask me any questions lol. Im sure we are going to send our kids to religion to because we went and i would want them to get married in church if they chose too in the future. Maybe they can teach us

I felt it was wrong of us to get married in church bc we dont go, so itd be like we were faking it or something. My mom said she wouldnt pay for the wedding then .. So we are now and we decided to ask a family friend a deacon to perform the service bc atleast he knows us and the priests there do not. He also performed my gmas funeral so i was happy about that
