So how do I approach 2 couples who didn't give me gifts?
I am not for sure 1 (my cousin who I don't have the greatest relationship with) even gave me a card and the other said she would put the card in the mail, cuz she 'forgot it'.
So should I ask her(my cousin) about it in case by chance 'I' lost it? What do I say?

It baffles me how people can show up empty handed. Very rude. Perhaps no one is obligated to give a gift but they are also not obligated to attend. Save the dates go out months in advance and a little budgeting each week can go a long way. And if someone truly has financial difficulties at the very least, they can write the couple a nice note, card, or do something from the heart. I've also heard of people offering their time to help the couple i.e., painting a new house, decorating, moving, babysitting etc.
Very rude. There's definitely no obligation to go to the wedding reception! Some people think that them showing up is gift enough for the bride and groom but the more I think about it, they should be more thankful that the bride and groom wanted them to share the day. Some guests can just be CHEAP and have no class. I'm kind of tired of people saying they have no money but yet they have enough to get video games, expensive phones, haircuts, clothes, handbags, and nails done.
Yes I'm PMSing

It's very annoying and although you can ask for advice on here and get different peoples opinions, which is all well and good, but every situation is different and only you know yours. I don't feel there is a right and wrong about this. If you can let it go, then great. If not, then contact them. I found when asking ppls opinions on this site and I'd take what I liked an leave the rest. There was no majority rules for me bc honestly not everyone was in my situation. Id just suggest you do what's in your heart, bc your mind can drive you crazy with this kind of stuff. Hope this helps. :)
