Dieting....

Ok I am starting my diet AGAIN! With the wedding in 4 1/2 months I am freaking out. I need you guys to motivate me. I went food shopping and bought healthy food, and I am heading back to the gym tomorrow. What are all of you doing to diet? I wish I was skinny. LOL

Re: Dieting....

I am sort of on weight watchers again. I weigh in every week, but I dont always write everything down. I wish I could be more discipline about it. GOOD FOR YOU! That is amazing. How much do you want to lose? Also, how long did it take you to lost that much?

Re: Dieting....

Christy,

I started seeing a nutritionist in June & so far have lost 23.25 lbs. (2-3 sizes) It hasn't been easy but I love the results. Still have more I want to lose though. It is a very low carb & high protien diet.

Jodi

Re: Dieting....

I don't have a set amount that I want to lose. If I think in my head I just want to lose 10lbs it is a lot easier than thinking I want to lose 50lbs. I only have 5 weeks left till the wedding so I don't know how much more I will lose. I also want to get pregnant right away so I don't want to balloon up after all this hard work. I have been on WW for over a year!

Re: Dieting....

I'm not good with the dieting itself, but I highly recommend The Firm videos!!! They are awesome. Not only do I lose, but I get nice and toned (when I stick with them).

Good Luck to ya!!!!!

Re: Dieting....

I lost 42 pounds with a nutritionist. It took me awhile though (over a year), but the main thing is to stick to it and force yourself to exercise. There are ways to lose weight fast, but the trick really is to find a diet that will teach you how to eat. It totally changed my lifestyle and the way I will eat for the rest of my life.

Re: Dieting....

I have done weight watchers before and I lost 30 pounds. I can't get in to it again though. I know the diet pills from the health food stores aren't really good for you but I am the quick fix person. My cousin has been using trim spa for 6 months now and lost 50 pounds. She said they make you antsy but I think Im going to try them and if I dont feel well I'll stop....I hate this struggle

Re: Dieting....

I love WW, it has worked in the past, but like Christy, I just can't get into it.

I need motivation.

I got my dress, and I thought that would help, but its really not.

I also joined a WW board, and a lot of the ladies there are very helpful. I just have NO WILLPOWER
