Re: Dieting....
Nutritionists can be covered by your health insurance, you have to call your health coverage and find out how much and the people who are covered. Of course, I ended up choosing someone who was not covered, but it wasn't too bad cost-wise for me. I liked a nutritionist because it is sort of like a personal trainer for eating. They work around your lifestyle and what you like and don't like. But, that's just me, everybody is different.

Re: Dieting....
I am so right there with you girls! I have 10 months to lose 25-40 lbs. 25 I can maintain but 40 would look fabulous. The one time in my life I was successful in losing weight was when I went on Jenny Craig in 1994. I lost 35 lbs eating their meals and exercising 3 times a week. I have to be told exactly what to do and when to do it and I will.I have tried WW several times and have failed everytime.
I cannot bear the thought of being a fat bride. I am so freakin stressed out about this - I'm with dubliner, I have no will power! HELP!

Re: Dieting....
I started back going to the WW meetings today and am so motivated right now!!! My wedding is 145 days away and I need to lose at least one size so that I look my best. Dress alterations here I come!! I keep thinking about how great it will be to look the way I want instead of finding ways to hide unwanted fat. Also having people around you who are on a diet helps a lot.good luck everyone and I know we can do it if we put our minds to it!! We are tough Brides to be!

Re: Dieting....
Dubliner,It probably depends on your insurance. Mine covers it because my cholesterol was a little high & I have heart disease & diabetes in my family.

Re: Dieting....
good luck wackyI am really good if we don't go out to eat. Last night for example, we had an appointent, and went to a diner.
I know there are healthy options, I just have moments of lapse. Today I pick myself up and start again

Re: Dieting....
The best thing I ever did was to buy myself an exercise bike. I got the one that was displayed in the store so it was a little cheaper. I tried the gym and wasted tons of money because I never went. I just sit in front of the TV for an hour a day and bike. Everyone is different though, but this worked well for me.Welcome New Vendors
