I'm so frustrated, girls. I am getting married at my RH. I was originally told that I could move up the ceremony a half hour and have an hour and a half cocktail hour, but FH wanted to wait and think about it. So, we go to do it yesterday and now there is another ceremony booked an hour before ours, so we can't move it up.
Here is my dilemma: I wanted to do separate pictures with the BMs and GMs before the ceremony, then my pictures with FH and family pictures during the cocktail hour. (I don't care about going to CH). I didn't want to see FH before the ceremony.
Now, without the extra half hour, I feel like we won't have enough time for pictures during CH. I still have to talk to my photographer. But, I am so bummed out that I may have to see FH before ceremony.
On top of all this, we have to cut down our guest list, because we don't have enough $$$.
I'm so depressed

the only pics that you wont be able to do B4 is with FH do as many pics with Fam and BP b4... we are going to see each other b4 to eliminate this issue b/c i dont want to miss anything... dont stress.... you will et it all done! Photographers are used to only having a certain amount of time... it will be up to him/her to get it all done in your allowed time!

I have a similar dilemma. Church wedding is scheduled for 3:30 pm so I figure we will be done by 4 or 4:15 pm.
Then run to our weddding picture location (still not selected!!) in rush hour traffic (my wedding is on Friday before a major holiday) to my reception which has a cocktail hour start time of 7 pm.
Thats roughly 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get to/from wherever we want for pictures...I dont know if thats enough time..

Thanks girls. I think I'm going to just do the pictures before the ceremony, have the nice 'reveal' moment and save myself all the headaches.

pictures should only take an hour - i am going to my CH which starts at 6 and plan on starting to take pics at 5 - my coordinator said it should be enough time

im so sorry tina... maybe the photg will be able to do it all in the hr ch... just make sure everyone is there that u want in the pix and everything should run smooth

dont let anythign get to u!! i know..easier said than done.. but when its time to take those pix, u will be a PRO and can take them super fast. something tellsme ur a quick lerner.. and also.. u already took pix with your FH!! so u guys know how to work the camera.
