Re: 2/23/03

Thanks- it's so hard to keep control- just like any way of eating, but I know I'm so much better off now.. Even when I have a 'slip up' it isn't too terrible.

Dina,
How have you been doing? Fabulous I hope! Are you still following your low carb plan?
Just wanted to check in...

Re: 3/3/03

Hey Kate!

How is everything- Yes, I'm still following the low carb plan- but I've been pretty horrible the past 2 weeks- I didn't see my nutritionist because I'm afraid- I go tomorrow and I feel I've done some damage :(

I had a wedding last week & the bachlorette, etc- it wasn't pretty.'

I have been very good so far this week and I know I need to start writing everything down again.

How are you?

You'll get back on track.... you're a seasoned pro!
Me on the other hand.... I've been real lazy with my log. And having trouble cutting the carbs. Lately I've been finding myself in situations where I have no options. Starting to think maybe I should give WW another go.... this way I'm never stuck for smart food choices. Maybe a WW with low carb thinking is in order? I mean, I like cutting sugar, and breads at every meal I can do without.

It's just hard changing eating period- I have been sneaking here & there too- and I've been put in similar situations- like the bachelorette party in Little Italy- pasta pasta pasta... you can do it.. just be smart :)
