Has anyone heard amazing things about their photographer and then have engagement pictures taken and not feel like your expectations were met? I loved all of my friends pictures that were taken by Duet but when it was our turn for e-pics I felt that they werent as good. Maybe my expectations were too high?!?! Am I the only one that feels like this?

I haven't taken mine yet. but to be honest, the process of setting them up with my photog is disappointing. It was supposed to be so easy but its been so long and I feel that people at the place just don't care! And I wanted offsite pics and the photog isn't being accommodating at all.
