Shouldn't they at least be booking you at another Sheraton location and providing you with transportation? Is their one nearby that you like? My sister used a Sheraton in Suffolk but that seems too far from you. What about honring your rate at a Sheraton in the city. If they cant- they better start UPGRADING you and your guests to another hotel - perhaps in the city. Tell them that Essex House, the Ritz Carlton or anyone one of the W Hotels will do. See how they like that idea!

It works wonders. I dont know if the AG has any jurisdiction but they won't know that and for some reason - people freak and cave in when you use those words. Just ask Verizon - hehe.
