Does anyone know if you are staying at a disney resort how the whole extra magic hours thing works? Like do you have to leave the park when it closes and then you can re-enter for the extra magic hours, or can you just stay the whole time since you are staying at a resort, and everyone else has to leave that isn't staying at a disney resort? Thanks!

Re: Disney Question
You do not have to leave
You have to go to a special area in the park at a specific time for example haunted mansion at 6pm and get a wristband...only resort guests get the wristbands with their room keys
Then you can stay and enjoy the park
Did it like 2 years ago and it was awesome some lines but still a great time

Re: Disney Question
when the park normally is supposed to close everyone who is not from the resort leaves, you can stay and I'm pretty sure they give you a bracelet. Each park has different days for extra magic hours

They no longer issue wristbands. You just have to show your room key before you get on any rides. (see the NW boards)
