You put different things on a list for each table and the people can take those pics. Of course, they are not limited to those but it helped so that every table camera was not filled with the same pics.

heres one of mine:

most of my guests i think will bring their digital camera, so we may just set up a shared gallery thing for posting. not sure yet.

Re: disposable cameras

I thought about using disposable cameras but they are so expensive and everyone has digital cameras these days that they use anyway. I am going to do the shared gallery thing where everybody uploads their pics to one place. I'm going to make little cards with the info. I just found this site today that has the cutest little camera shaped boxes to hold the cards! Ohmygod I love them!

Another idea I saw on these boards were to put out disks with paid return envelopes so that your guests can upload the pics to the disk and mail back to you.

Will see if I can find that link and will edit this post.

Re: disposable cameras

i had disposable cameras and they turned out horrible. the pictures were blurry, skewed and some of them were overexposed. totally NOT worth it.

what i did afterwards was create an account on kodakgallery with a generic password and sent the login and pw info to all the guests so that they could upload their digi pics into that account. that worked really well but def email this info out that night or the next day after the wedding so it's fresh in people's minds. we must've collected close to a thousand pictures from that!
