I noticed you were getting married 1 week before me. Do you have everything done. Do you mind if we compare notes. I'm forgeting the little stuff all the time. Are you getting married in a chuch by any chance.

Hi Caf73, Sure I would love to share ideas. I am not getting married in a church. I am having my ceremony and reception at the Coral House. I have to pick up my wedding dress because it is finished. Today I am going to get the bridesmaids shoes. I have to meet with the Coral House to discuss the menu, color of linens and the cake. I sent out my invitations early June and out of 120 only 40 has responded. I know they are going to drive me crazy with this. How is your planning coming along?

ok, now you've made me crazy...I haven't gone for my first fitting yet. I wasn't planning on assisting with the bridesmaid shoes either. I figue let them do it. We looked at some tux's this weekend. Didn't finalize them. I think I have most of my songs finally picked. Not the church ones though. My flowers are all done. My invites are out and out of 200 - I have 80 yes and approx. 20 no's. I'm expecting 100 - 120 people. many of them are across the country and some are old. I think i'll make the appt. to do the menu & cake this week. I also need to start thinking about my hair. I also still need to help my FI with getting a wedding band and gifts for groomsmen. I'll be planning up to the last min. Did I forget anything.!>!>
