My mother and father are divorced. Mom is re-married. I want to acknowledge both father and step-father. Don't know how to word invitations, walk down aisle... Anyone else going through this or have any suggestions?

i am in the same situation..im not up to wording of invites...but for walking down the aisle...to keep the peace i am going to have my father walk me down but i will introduce my stepfather into the reception. I am not extremely close with either so i figured this would be best for now

For wording inmvites, you could do this:
Mr Dad and Mr and Mrs Mom and Stepfather request the honour of your presence at the marraige of their daughter You and Future husband

Yup...and for walking down the asile if you just want to walk w/ your dad, have your step dad escort your mom...

Thats what we are going to do as well.
I want to walk down the aisle with my dad and have my mom go with my step dad, but she is raising hell over this. Today she even demanded that I have both walk me down since I have lived with my step father for most of my life. I figured I would dance with each of them. It gets so complicated. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

this is basically what we did (my dad is remarried but my mom is not)
