Is anyone fimilar with a scallop circle punch? I'm looking for a 4-5' punch... has anyone see or know where i can find one?

You can try Michaels... but everytime I checked there they were out. The lady said that crazy scrapbookers go in the store and buy everything sometimes.

I'd check the craft stores (Michaels, AC Moore, Joanns - if there are any in NY) and also look online. Amazon has just about everything.
