DJ Help

Can anyone provide additional info, good or bad, on Tommy's Tunes or BodyRock? I think we have narrowed it down to them and could use some advice in helping to decide.

We just booked Tommy Tunes..and I would highly reccommend them..we saw most of their mcees..and they are all great. I liked how we got to meet with Tommy..and I have to say their receptionist is great there..they have been super helpful for us as we live out in CA...they sent us tapes..and have just been great with getting back to us and everything..we were back on LI last week and we are psyched to have booked them..a few of their mcees were already booked for our wedding next September so..keep that in mind. Also, one more note..they are the inhouse dj for very reputable reception halls..Giorgios, East Wind, VillaLombardi..and Watermill (maybe all of Scotto bros, not sure though)..also have been to a wedding with BR, and I remember not liking them that much..and they sent us a tape..and we did not care for it..but that is all just my opinion..good luck if you have any other ??? about Tommy Tunes..feel free to ask!!! oh one more thing..I liked how we could customize our package..with the lighting, props everything!! were as other djs only have like 3 packages..tommy tunes you can bring in any lighting..okay I can go on and on but..let me know who you pick!!

Who are you using as your MC?? We met with Frank who seemed nice. We were told Mike and Joe were already booked on our day.

We are using Joe Costa. Only Joe C. and Frank were available on our day. Joe C. used to be in a band and was MC for the band for 12 years, he has been with TT for 2 years. He is in his 30's..and he has a great personality..a funny guy. We both liked him..they dont have tapes of him doing weddings yet..but we met with him twice and chose him. good luck!! :)

I just booked BodyRock. They are very good. Chris, Izzy and Ronnie are the MC's that we picked. They have alot of enthusiam and will get the crowd up. The owner Paul is also very nice. He has been in business for about 15 years. Let me know if you need anything else and who u picked.
