DJ Opinions

Hi All,

After a hiatus, I'm now back on the board to actually start planning my wedding, which is just short of a year away!

Any opinions on the best DJs out there?

I have spoken to Hank Lane, who was great and I've heard good things about, but pricey. I have also spoken with Dance Jock and Tommy's Tunes both of which were very nice but I haven't seen perform yet.

Any opinions? Any advice to check out someone else?

We booked with Get In Tune and i've seen them and they are great...they are going to playing at the Majestic Garden showcase on Nov 1 if you can go there you will see them perform

Everyone on here will have a million different suggestions .. . my advice is meet with as many as you can, and pick who you feel most comfortable with. That is probably the DJ that will do the job you are looking for. I met with one DJ and I felt like he wasn't listening to us and what we really wanted Good luck

i second get in tune! glenn is awesome ive known him for a while. hes good. he did my sisters wedding and he was awesome

We are using Sensational Sounds. I am actually using the same MC that I used for my Sweet 16! haha, and they were awesome with a really great price!

i used tommy tunes.....they were excellent....the dance floor was full at all times. we had a dj and mc. Both were awesome. fred was our mc, i cant remember our dj's name....but i highly recommend them. everybody commented on how great they were!

Thanks again ladies! I'm going to be doing some wedding work this week so I'll be looking into the suggestions.
