DJ tommy's tunes vs. Long Island Sound

DJ tommy's tunes vs. Long Island Sound

I am thinking about booking either Tommy’s tunes or Long Island Sound as my DJ, but I am having a hard time deciding between the two. Do people recommend one over the other? Has anyone had them and can tell me if they like them? Thanks a lot!!

I booked with Tommy's Tunes and I love them. I've seen them at a few different events and they're always wonderful. The only downside for them is that they're not all that cheap. I know that Long Island Sound has a good reputation, but I honestly don't know of anyone who has used them.

Yes, I saw Tommy Tune's at my friend's wedding and they were great!!

I looked at Tommy Tunes and Long Island Sound and decided to go with Long Island Sound. I just liked the people better at Long Island Sound and their prices were a little cheaper too!

I booked LI Sound b/c they were so great at a friend's wedding and they are so nice and accomodating. Evveryone who I know that has ever used them has raved about them. I heard Tommy's Tunes was good too, but I have never seen them in action.

I booked tommys tunes for east wind. they are a bit pricey though!

I personally didn't check either one of them out, but my wedding coordinator booked Long Island Sound for her wedding. I think that says something about them.

I've seen both Long Island Sound and Tommy's Tunes at showcases and they're both good, but I thought LIS was much better. We booked with LIS bc I liked their personalities better and the approach they took towards the 'audience'.

Tommy's Tunes did my sisters wedding, my cousin's wedding, and a friends wedding. They were awesome so we booked them for our wedding. I have never heard Long Island Sound.

I booked Tommy Tunes on the spot!
They did my friends wedding and I loved them. There were amazing getting people up and dancing without being pushy.

I never seen LIS

I did not book either one but I have seen both...I think I would go with LIS.

Two of my friends had TT and ended up not having the DJ they requested at there wedding. That is a major thing for me, ya know. I wanna know before hand who will be working my wedding.

My sister had Tommy Tunes at her wedding, and they were WONDERFUL!

My friend had Tommy Tunes at his wedding, and they were AWEFUL! (nobody danced all night!!!)

I think it depends on what you (bride/groom) choose for the types of music to be played.

Personally for our wedding, we went with Get In Tune! They played exactly what we wanted, we had a FULL dance floor all night, and they were WONDERFUL!

we went wit long island sound...loved them when we met them...i've heard a lot about tommy tunes too...mostly all good...good luck with you decision!

yeah i actually heard that from some other people
