Can you guys tell me how much of a deposit you put down on your dj?? And if you really dont mind can you tell me how much you are paying for your total? FM me if you dont want to share.. FH and i are having a fight over this!!

$200 deposit $1100 for 5 hours but by the time I get done adding the girl who takes pictures, the screens , the lighting etccc it wil lcome out to about 2k total

Not sure on the deposit...but we are paying $1300 for a one man dj/mc and a guitarist for the ceremony/CH. No lighting or screens or anything.

I put down $500. We have pianist for CH, DJ and MC for 4 hours, drummer and sax for 4 hours. Plus the white soundboard that illuminates. Also 2 towers with plasma tvs and zap shots.

WOW- We were quoted for: a steel drum band for CH A dj and mc , sax, drums, singer and keyboard for 5 hrs, and our uplighting for $6500!!!!!!!!!!! thats absolutely insane i guess huh? it was broken down like this..
The singer himself is $1000 sax $800 drums$800 uplighting $1000 $1000 steel drums DJ & MC- 2000
Tell me if this is really over priced??

our total package came out to $3600 and we only needed to do $400 but we did $600 to make the final payment an even $3k.
