We used Domino Entertainment for $650. That was for four hours and included a few givaways. If you are interested in the number email me at [email protected]

There are a few other DJ mentioned on this board in the under $1000 price range as well.

We are using a DJ that did both my brother's and my mother's second wedding. His website is joemagicproductions.com He is great, has all of his music on the computer not CD's and really knows what to play to get the crowd on the dance floor. He charges @ $800 for 4 hours and you can also hire his wife if you want to play the piano at the cocktail hour - she has a beautiful voice. Hope this helps!

Variety Music. My sister used them as did many of our friends. I booked them for $850.

In the Mix says 650, but its alot more when you get there!

In their emails/flyers they say $650 to get you in the door, but that is not the case. It will be at least $850-900 for 1 DJ, no MC, no giveaways or lights- or at least that's what I was told when I met with them a month ago.

We're using High Engery Entertainment, in Ronkonkoma. Their web site is www.highenergyentertainment.com
We're paying $850 for 5 hours. Ralph the owner is very nice, and they always work in 2 person teams.
Good luck.

I can't say from first hand experience, but b/c he is so cheap, i called his references which are Three Village Inn and Sans Souci, where he's the house DJ. They both gave excellent references. He also works for a radio station. Call him and see how you like him. I went with my gut and based on the references and $$, I booked him. Good luck.

I also booked Joey from Jam entertainment for our October wedding at the Sans Souci. I also booked on his recommendations, $$, and gut feeling!
