Do halls throw in add-ons even after you have signed a contract with them??

So I am getting married at the NRC next year. And I did not really negotiate with them when I signed the contract... you know, extra stations at CH, ice sculpture, etc. They did lower their Saturday night price for me, but i didn't even think about the food extras. So do you think that when it gets closer to my day and I meet with them for tastings and final menu selection, I can try and ask for more stuff to be 'thrown in' or is it too late?

Feel your banquet manager out. I think it's stiil possible. Villa's did it for me.

I have heard of this happening, but it certainly didn't at my menu planning session last week. Luckily, I did quite a bit of this before I booked. When you go for your menu planning, just let them know you are really unhappy with the amount of stations or with not having an ice sculpture etc. and see what they say. Worth a try.

They didn't throw any in for free, but we negotiated lower prices on extras....
