Do hotels tell you who booked rooms?

(when you've blocked them)
Just wondering how you know how many and where to send the out of town bags.

Re: Do hotels tell you who booked rooms?

My hotel has written in the contract that a week prior to the cut-off date I can call for a roster but not to call before then.

I have emailed my hotel twice for a list. They have sent it to me no problems. I just wanted to have it to track if we have enough rooms. I will get a final list later to make the OOT bags.

I never think about contacting any of my vendors...don't know why, I probably should!

But that said, when I called my hotel they told me who had booked to date!

Re: Do hotels tell you who booked rooms?

I call every week or so to find out how many rooms are booked under our block... they tell me over the phone, and once even faxed me a list of the people so I can key an eye on who is slacking

I would call at least once a month and my hotel always sent me the list...although this is the same hotel that gave away the bridal suite I had reserved for a year!

My hotel gave me updates whenever I called with the guest's names. I needed the names for the welcome bags I made.
