Do I have too many veils????????

I have a cathedral, which I will only be wearing for the church and for some pictures.

Then an elbow length one, which I will wear all night (hopefully)

and a blusher for walking down the aisle.

All the veils have combs - I am worried now that all of this will be too much and the combs will mess up my hair

what do u all think?

I have been warned about playing around too much taking the veil on and off b/c of it messing up my hair.

Is there anyway you can have the 3 veils combined?? and as you dont want them you can velcro them off but still keep the same comb in??

well they are all ordered with the Combs - it would be perfect if I could velcro the Cathdrial one to the elbow one - but how would i do that??

Well I ordered mine from Barrons at Tri County. He attatches them with REALLY LONG SKINNY pieces of velcro.. where they would normally be attatched to the comb. they lay perfecty on eachother and you cant even tell. Its just will make it very poofy at first since you will have 3 layers on.

my veil had three layers, but were all attached to one comb. I only wanted to wear one layer for the reception, so I had the top two layers on snaps and just had the bridal attendant unsnap it for me.

oh noooo - i think i messed up with my veils - i didn't even think of getting them together so I wouldn't have three different combs in my hair - i hope it's not too much of a fuss - maybe I just won't wear my cathedrial but i love it so much - I don't know what to do

I would see if you could have all 3 attached by velcro or what have you, to one comb.

Are you planning to wear a veil all evening? If so, I would attach the blusher and the elbow length veil to one comb and the cathedral length veil to another so it can be taken off for the reception.

If not, see about putting them all on one comb.

If you can ge to Levittown--take them to Baron's in Tri County. The woman there took the comb off my veil & sewed on fabric loops, so it wold lay flatter, b/c I had a falt headpeice & that was what my hairdresser reccomeded.

I didn't get my veil from her, I ordered it online.

I had the same thing as you and had no problems with the combs or anything.

3 combs sounds like a lot.

I'm using velcro for my blusher.

My blusher is on the longer side so it is shoulder length, I am going to wear that one all night.

My veil is cathedral length and only has one layer, I'm not sure if I am going to get a fingertip length veil. I really love my veil and want to wear it throughout the entire wedding reception.
