Is it Mrs. TXXX CXXXX and the late Mr. Anthony CXXXX?

Or The late Mr. Anthony CXXXX and Mrs. TXXX CXXXX?

You list the Mrs first because she is still living.
If you listed it the 2nd way in your post, it looks like they're both the late Mr and Mrs XX.
