Ever since my FH and I got engaged random people we know ask us if they're invited to our wedding. How do you deal with that? They all say WE BETTER BE INVITED! Some are friends of Friends of ours or just acquaintances.

Yeh is has happened to me and I didnt even include them in my guest list. I just smile polietly and dont say anything. I just hope I dont see them again soon of after the wedding.

I have to the point I have had one person tell me shed crash if not invited.....I just nod and smile.....we are inviting those we love and that mean something to us ......I dont want more then 120 people ....if possible...most will be family thats just what we want......I have found the just smile works

Yea that's what we've been doing. Some of the people that asked will be at my FH friends wedding a month before our wedding. ..so it's going to be interesting.

I dont get this much, only a few times since from my friends but it was a joke bec they know they will be invited

Actually yes I have..we're trying to keep our list to a minimum and some people who i havent seen in yearssss or that i barely know at all will be like 'Oh so when's the wedding?' and I just say its November of nexy year (i try not to give specific dates) and they're like 'ohh great I'm going to mark it on my calendar!!' In my head i'm thinking...use a really dull pencil cause chances are you're not coming haha

My FH Buddy Begged him to make him the Best man over his brother! Of course my FH said no. He's in the bridal party but not happy.

Yeh some of them are rude and some just think that you're rich and can invite any and every one.

See I want to invite co-workers but my FH said No! I work on a trading desk with these guys everyday 60 hours a week. We talk all the time, go to dinners, baseball games, etc..but my FH said they're just co-workers not friends.
