I felt the same way and was nervous that I would not get a thing, but I got 98 % of what I wanted on both my registries. The one thing I really wanted and did not get was my kitchenaid stand mixer. i received money so I will purchse it with that. I am sure you will get all you ask for. Good luck.

I feel like our expensive things are the absolute necessities, and that we will not get them, but we'll get all our gadgets and little shiz items. Like, I have this fear that we will not get plates, silverware, pots, bedding, coffee maker, but I'll get a deep fryer and a sangria pitcher.

At first I did and I actually felt bad registering for anything expensive but honestly, I starting speaking to people and a. Thats how much good things cost b. I have a variety of differently priced items on there, no one is obligated to buy anything so I just left everything there and whatever I get I get. My china is all purchased so to me that was the most expensive thing

Sorry to crash but as a newlywed, KEEP the expensive things on your registry. Many guests 'go in' on big-ticket items and even buy registry gifts for b-day, holiday, anniversary, etc...

I feel that way about our knives i know no one will buy them bc its kind of a weird gift and they are expensive! I have some stuff on my registry that i dont absolutly need so i figure if i want to return some stuff ill have store credit to get the expensive things no one buys me

I also figure people can chip in on the pricier items , people like doing things as a group.

I felt that way too and almost everything was bought, you will be fine.

I did a pretty good job of catering to all price points....and I actually took the China off of the registry this weekend- we wont have space for dinner for 12 for at least a couple of years- we will buy our china then

If you have a variety of items, people should be ok.

yes i do! that was one of the reasons at first i did not register for china... but my mom and FH's mom told me otherwise, so now i picked china that i really love and really want! LOL
for the most part though, i think everything else is pretty reasonable and we have some less expensive items on there as well...

I def feel that way, too...especially b/c of all the china on my registry! But hopefully people will chip in together to get some of the bigger things.

Someone just bought our waffle maker, so I'm pretty excited about that!!!

I think we have an ok mix.... but I am nervous about not getting our china, or only getting like 2 place settings and then we'll have to buy the rest!

This happened to us with our china, glasses, and silverware. We decided to return them because it was too $$ to complete the set.

Yes! I feel like things are super expensive or small items. There is nothing in the middle, which makes me feel bad for teh buyers.

I felt the same way when we first registered so we went and registered at a not so expensive place so there was something for everyone :o)

this actually happened to me. I mean dont get me wrong I wanted the margarita pitcher and that is a necessity to me, but I didnt get any linens, pots or pans, coffee maker, etc other major things we NEED and I was a little shocked. I had a mini panic attack over the fact we have no bed linens and FH thought I was crazy. I mean then again we dont live together and we both live with our parents so we needed everything lol. We got some gift cards so Im sure we can buy the necessities.

Also, only my family was invited to the shower and FMIL didnt invite anyone so I kinda just blame it on the fact that it was only my friends and family at the shower.
