Do you all know where you are living yet?

We still don't, we have to rent an apartment, so I guess we still have time, but my God if it isn't frustrating looking!

We are staying in the 2 bedroom apt. we now rent. The rent is a great price & I am a few blocks from my dad & mom which matters alot

We are staying where we are now in our 1 bedroom apt for another year, then we want to buy a condo, not sure where yet, but we're thinking of Queens

Funny, I am in the same situation, he is in St Louis, I am in LI...and we are getting married on the same day!

But I do know where we are living. He owns a house there, so off to Missouri I go...

It really stinks being away from them, doesn't it? All the planning and everything I am doing alone, and I can just imagine that you are too. It takes some of the fun out of it, doesn't it?

Mine lives in Mass, near the NH border. We had wanted to live there, but the job situation isn't too good, so we are stuck now. Well, where ever we end up, we'll be together....:)

I hate living seperate we are looking for a house but it is getting kind of close so if we dont find anything we may just rent for a while.

Actually going to see a house tommorrow!

We officially gave up on buying for now. Time is running out, and the coop idea went out the window when we found out how much maintenance fees are going up now with the property tax increase. FH is really afraid that prices will plummet right after we buy...in which case we'd be royally screwed.

It's funny, I live 7 minutes from my FH right now, and it seems like 7 hours during all of this planning!!

FH is moving in with me. I have a co-op in Westchester. It is so tiny, I barely fit my stuff into it. I'm having the worst time trying to organize to make space for him. I would love to move but I'll probably need to move in about two years anyway so I'm trying to stick it out until then.

I think it will hit a plateau, hopefully that is what it's doing now. What goes up must come down, and go back up again....

There are also a ton of foreclosures that are going to flood the market this year because of the sorry state of the economy. That could help us in a year or so, sad to say.
