we each have our own laptops- just easier that way , plus he has his which is a 'work' laptop- it was given to him by his company to be used for his daily work- we would have to have our own

My DH and I each have a laptop and then we have a desktop that we 'share'. I bought it for us as a Christmas present so we had a computer to back up all of our documents on. PS My DH has since claimed it as his and not only have I not used it once, but I can't drag him away from it. LOL

We have a desktop (not set up yet) & my DH's work laptop. Right now we use the laptop as it is wireless....

We have only one desktop and I have a lap top for work. We both use both. No his and hers. My honest opinion is that I wouldn't want to have two desktops set up. Our house isn't that big though so you might have more room than us. He wanted to set up another one because he is kind of a computer geek but I fought him on it. Now that I got the lap top from work he is fine. He uses both computers a lot.

When DH and I first moved in together we each had our own computers. He had his files on his and I had my files on mine. But DH's was old and running very slowly, plus it was a desktop and took up more space than my laptop.
So we decided to unhook his computer and now we just use mine. Anything he needed from his computer he just sent to himself and we saved it on my/now our computer. He still has his but it's not hooked up or anything, just kind of there in case we need it for anything.
But it's not strange to want your own computer, it's a part of wanting your own space. Esp if there are a lot of times when you both want to be on the computer. Fortunately this doesn't happen very often for us so it works.

absolutely not! we have our own laptops and a desktop. u cant share computers with men.... everything is sport stuff!!

We share one desktop. DH doesn't use the computer much. When he does use it, I'm usually not home.
