Do you and FH or DH watch t.v. together or separately?
I was laughing when I was thinking about this yesterday!!!! Thank God, FH and I have other things in common cause it is not anything on t.v.!!! I love my reality shows and especially MTV!!! He hates reality shows and especially MTV!!! He prefers to watch his football games or a movie (I never have the time to sit down and watch a whole movie)!!! It is weird how we spend a lot of our evenings separated like this!!!

No, he'll watch the shows with me but biatch and moan about it the whole time. I swear he's like a little kid I tell him go to the other room and watch tv, but he says no I also suffer too when he wants to watch his million hockey games.

We only have a few TV shows in common, so not a lot. We watch some of the MTV reality shows together too and the TLC shows (like While You were Out and Trading Spaces). He loves his sports and I love my soaps and reality tv on prime time.

We watch together for the most part and put up with stuff we don't 'love' for the sake of being together. Translation I watch a ton of sporting events

Fortunately we love pretty much the same crap. And what one likes the other learns more about until they too like it.
I am a football gal.. he's a baseball guy.. so he's learned more about football and I know more about baseball... both seasons are watched and screamed over.. works wonders!
I watch TLC and Animal Planet for various shows and we both watch Food TV and CSI, Alias and such. He watches Cartoon Channel and so I've learned to be more patient. He and I have both fallen out of watching Trading Spaces and I've noticed I don't get to see as much Sci Fi as I used to. We both watch American Choppers, Monster Garage and Monster House.
So almost all is watched together and we're both generally happy. I get upset if it's something we both want to watch and he's off fiddling with this Palm or iPod... 'Leave that alone and come watch TV!' (what an odd arguement!)

we watch some stuff together but he is much more into movies and military, action type stuff....I'm an MTV / sitcom / reality addict so I do my own thing a lot. But we do watch a few together:
CSI Miami and LV ER Third Watch The OC Everybody Loves Raymond American Idol...
to name a few!

THIS IS US!!!!! He always tells me that I watch the cheesiest shows!! Yeah...but your sitting next to me watchin' em too buddy!!!!!

We watch only certain shows together... Sopranos Sex and the City Game shows
But mostly we watch separate..He watches car and sports crap.

FH swears the key to a good marriage is separate tvs. He will NOT watch Idol, as I am mourning Clay is not on anymore, or the other shows I get sucked into

We usually watch TV together. But right now he is watching Barbarians oon The History Channel and I want nothing to do with that so that is whyI am on the computer. That is one of the things that we have in common is that we like the same types of TV shows especially CSI and Seinfeld.

We usually watch TV together, but he can't put up with my Reality TV shows (ie: Real World, Nick and Jessica Newlyweds, etc.)
