ok i am having major dress issues ... i love a few dresses and dont know how to decided ... everyone keeps saying 'you''ll know ... you'll know!' but really is it like that?
when i first met my FH he was just a guy haha i didnt know he was the one ... until later on that is! there was a point where i realized, 'he is the one!' but it wasnt at first...
so are there any brides out there who bought a dressed they liked ... a nice dress that fit them nice ... who didnt get the 'feeling' or know right away that 'it was the one'? i would really like to know that im not going crazy because if i hear 'you'll just know' one more time i might go crazy!!!

I didn't cry or anything but I knew it was the one. I bought it about four months after finding it, just to make sure.

Mine was a process...I tried on a bunch of dresses, a few I thought were the one and then got home looked at the picture on the computer and was questioning myself. Went back to try the dress on again and didnt think it was the ONE. My dress was picked out by the lady at the shop, the second store I went to, mind you there were many stores after that. I really liked it but, kept my mouth shut cause my mom didnt like pick-ups and it wasnt the style I was going for. Well after some many dresses and trying that one on over and over again I knew it was the one. I just kept going back to it. HTH

i def. dont think that there is only one for me...but given my very low budget and simple taste, the one i chose is perfect for me, at this point. im not even going to go looking, bc i know for sure i will see thousands that will make me doubt my choice. but i really do love my dress and i feel really beautiful in it

i'm beginning to doubt there is 'the one' out there either. i've liked everything i tried on (for the most part) and would wear most of them. I have many many fav's, but then i try something else on and i like it better! So i'm afraid to say this is the dress in fear that i'll find a better one. Right now I have 2 fav's but who knows!

I love my dress, I feel amazing in it and I feel that it is very flattering on me, buttt I agree with Mrs Mazz that if I were to look hard enough, I am sure I would find one that I love just as much or better. (Like that $20K Oscar De La Renta, LOL!) That being said, I am completely happy with my decision.

Ok yes i knew when i putit on. i say allpeople are different & i think you have to look in the mirror & be happy & love how you look in it. Maybe there will beother dresses that you like but overallits how you feel in it that helps mak ethat decision for you.

I believe in finding the perfect dress. I tried on a million then when i tried on mine I just knew! I got this incredible feeling when I looked at myself in the mirror- that's how I knew. I also had women in the shop saying 'that's the one and she doesn't even know it!'

thanks ladies ... i guess it is different for everyone ... i may look at one or two more places and then im going back to the first dress ... the more i look the more i add to my ooo i like! a lot! list, haha sooo i think the more i look the more confused and upset i get... i can tell you the ones i hate, the ones i dont like and the ones i would never buy ... but then there are three that i really really like and love the way they make me look soooo i am going to two more stores and thats it! thanks again!!!

not everyone gets that 'this is the one ,crying' feeling. My dress. I didnt even like or want to try it one when the woman at the bridal salon showed it to me! After I tried on many dresses after that is when I realized it was the one.

I dunno Mich I hate to say it but I did know my dress was 'the one'. I tried on so many other dresses that I loved, I mean really loved but when I put on my gown I just got this overwhelming feeling like 'this is what I'm suppose to wear when he sees me walking down the aisle' If I were you I would just go check out a few more bridal salons just to see what they have, you dont want to feel like you didnt shop around enough.

This is how my experience was. I loved all the dresses I tried on but when I put the dress I picked on - I FELL in love ! I even went again tried on that dress first then others again...and put the first one back on and everyone was like yup def the one ! I had to make sure which is why I went twice...I even went to others stores and nothing compared...I only had that one dress in mind.
