its a weird and probably dumb question..but i never thought of that.. do we count ourselves and especially to cover the minimum.

Do not count your vendors in the final headcount, unless you are below your minimum. Aren't you paying a lower price for the vendors?

Most RH charge vendors 1/2 price unless you do not meet your minimun which they would then be charged full price. You do count yourself and FH in the final headcount.

ok thats what i originally though.. just count me and FH.. then vendors at our RH is 1/3 off. we will get our minimum .. so then we do not count them in the headcount... i think i got it!! thanks !

i think it's different if they're house vendors, though. i know my rh gives us vendor plates for free if we go with one of the house companies.

One RH told me that 2 kids count as one adult because their meal is cheaper. Has anyone heard of that? I didn't book with them but was just wondering.

Well they worded it strange, but what they were really saying was that kids were half off. That is pretty normal at most RHs, I think. At my RH, I think kids under 5 are free and kids 7-12 are 1/2 price. Over 13 counts as adult.

Some place you don't need to count bride and groom (they eat for free). Only count vendors if you are below minimum, otherwise they should be eating for half price.
