One RH told me that 2 kids count as one adult because their meal is cheaper. Has anyone heard of that? I didn't book with them but was just wondering.
We gave our final count as 152 adults 2 children 3 vendors
Makes it easy.

Yes.. Bride and Groom get counted in.. Vendors dont... But ever hall is different, you should ask your RH just to make sure... I know at mine, vendors dont get included....

i wish my hall was half off for kids and vendors... its only a 1/3 off.. it stinks!!
That does stink. If you think about it , kids and vendors don't drink. I would say almost half the money goes to the open bar. And I certainly hope my photographer doesn't drink on the job.
