Do you get a lot of Trick or Treaters?

We used ot get a lot! We never got to go in tehbhouse, they just kept coming, and when we were kids we'd travel in packs ofr like 20 kids! Now, we get hardly any...like under 20! Why is that? it's been dwindling every year...has anyone else had that experience? This year we'll be at FH's place, so it'll be different I hope bc it';s long island..LOTS of ToTers! But we live inna absement apt with an entrance around the back, so I don't know how that'll work..maybe we'll just sit outside in lawn chairs !

The last few years I lived in an apt building in Queens, no. But kids started TorT at STORES on 37th Avenue (WEIRD).

At our house we get all the kids in on the four blocks around us ...

there is no kids in my area who go TOTing. I dont understand why. I plan on going out to my moms in the morning and then hitting the stores by me. One guy by my moms gives out stuffed animals each year. Ilove taking the kids to his house

we are in an apartment building, and we hardly get any kiddies trick or treating. You might get 2 or 3 TOPS. When Halloween falls on a weekday, since I never know if I'll be around when they bring them around, I usually just leave a bucket of candy outside my door for the neighbors I know will stop by

There are only a few families in the two building with little ones, and we don't usually get kids from any of the buildings up and down our street , either

This is our first halloween in our house - I hope we get tons of kids (cause I have tons of candy) I also have friends coming over on sunday to bake and carve pumpkins with - so I hope we get some adults too to hand out cookies to them.

Yeah, that'sa weird Queensthing. They were all over Steinway street when I was there.
We always buy a bag of candy & eat it ourself. Thereare only 2 kids in my building & thy don't come by.

My parents still get some. I'm the only one that likes to give out candy though, so maybe we should go there this year.

I love seeing the costumes & contributing to their dental bills!

I hope we get a lot! We bought about 40lbs of candy!

We'rer sending our party guests hme wiht gift bags FILLED, but we went overboard at the wholesale club! I hope we get a lot of ToT ers! I will give them SOOO much cnady!

Also we have a little girl (age 9) moving in upstairs, I'm going to make a big bag of candy for her and leave it on the porch or in her mailbox. I've never met her. Will her mom think it's weird? I figured to be sfirnedly and start off on the right foot (our apt is in the basement of a house, a mom and her girl are moving in to the first floor). We figured she ahs control of the lawn and driveway and can either be nice, or mean, so let's be nice, and she'll hopefully be nice if we want to hang out on the lawn or anything. I figured I'd put a bag of candy (all wrapped and safe, fo course) and write 'to (oof I don't know who it's to?) the little girl who's just moving in..Happy Halloween. From, D and J (downstairs neighbors)' IS that nice, or creepy?

I'm in a development so we get a ton of kids! Last year people were dropping their kids off in the development to go trick or treating. It was CRAZY...I spent over $35 on candy!!

I need to stock up this year!

our place has so many children they bring cops in to keep the people who dont live in the development out for halloween. We are new here but I heard something like 200 kids!!!!

We got a lot of kids last year (our first year at our new house), FH even had to run out & get more candy!!!
So this year I stocked up on tons of candy. Now watch, we'll get NO kids & I'll be 10 pounds heavier for my Wedding 2 weeks later!!!

My first year in my house, Halloween was a Saturday and I had about 150 ToTers. When it's on a school day, I get about 80-90. Being it's a weekend day this year, I'm expecting closer to the 150.

This is our first Halloween here...

but I bought the candy while PMSing...so we have a ton...and if no one comes to get it, i'll be forced to eat it.....
