Thank you. I lost 32lbs!!! I have like 5lbs to go, but I'm pretty happy!!

you look amazing!! congrats!!! How did you do it? Im trying to loose about 35-40 lbs but its so hard for me since I have PCOS any suggestions? tips??

I've been on Atkins. Now I'm on the lifetime phase, so I can eat more carbs now. Last night I had brown rice, but I just have to watch what I eat the next few days.

Thank you, it only took about two and a half months to lose most of the weight. The the last 12lbs took about another two months, (when you switch phases in Atkins you lose slower) Now I'm trying to lose 5lbs more ( but I'm not trying that hard) I am mostly just maintaining. I know alot of people hate it but I really love the Atkins Program.
