no, we are open veterans day. this is strange question to ask in Feb, its 10 months away from veterans day.

We don't have it off, I think they substitute the day after Thanksgiving for that day. I did have it off when I used to work for a bank.

I voted NO, but cops don't have ANY holidays off....
I'm getting married two days beforeveteran's day. Veterans day falls on a Saturday, So friday is observed for it. Many teachers and govt workers have off. I also inquired about this last year!!!

It's a floating day for me..If I work it..I earn it as a vaction day...or I can take it off without penalty.
