im ok with my name. when i was younger, and to this day i have always loved the name alexis. more then likely one of our childs name will be alexis.. im also really fond of the name layla. i just feel like a lot of people have the name nicole and its not really original.. but oh well.

love it love it love it - obviously it is Nicole - growing up there were not many Nicole's - one year i think there was 2 of us in a class - but everyone in the family and friends and coworkers use it as Nicole - i dont get any funny nicknames out of it - once in a while i get a Nik - but i like it

Well my name was supposed to be Christina Marie but since my dad can't spell he wrote Kristi Ann ... I like it but everyone thinks its short for something and no one spells it right LOL However I do like it, and I think it fits me I just wish more people called me Kris.

I like my name now... Sandra... when I was younger I went through a phase when I wanted to be called SANDY... and then I saw Grease... Sandy went out the window.. lol
Sandra grew on me...and it suits me well now... its also my mom's name so I can't dislike it too much.... but I wish I would have had my middle name as my first name.... Lisette
I have the same first name!!!!! I like it though...not many people had it when I was growing up and even at work (at my new job I work with three - suprised me!!)..but for years I got people singing the song from grease to me...so annoying...LOL but that kind of faded now....I do have a lot of nicknames though ... I never really get called Sandra (only at work) or Sandy too often by my close friends and family....and now my last name is going to be Rella so the new name for me lately is
'sand-a-rella' My real life fairytale....LOL

I like my name. . . when i was younger I wanted to change it to something more 'creative' or 'unique' but now . . . I like it. Not many people have it. Although I DO hate it when people give me a nickname like Cindy b/c that's not my name. (Its not that I don';t like Cindy as a name - it;s just not mine)

My name is Michele (with one L) and I love it! Growing up I hated the one L because I could never find anything with my name. But now I think is it a more unique way of spelling my name and I love it!

I am so used to being called everything nick name for Michele but none of them bother me. I always liked Michy :)
