i'm Michelle and knew a butt load of other Michelle's growing up.... i hated it.

I noticed there are a bunch of Michelle's here also LOL

My daughter's name is Calista pronouced Ka lee sta not Ka list a

i wanted her to have something different and no it was not after Calista flockheart... i can't tell you how many times i've been asked that.

I saw it in a baby name book and it meas 'most beautiful' so Calista Marie she is

My name is Tatyana. i hated it as a kid, because everybody mispronounced it . My family calls me Tanya, which i like enough i guess. When i was in high school , my friend n i created Tye, because not alot of people have that name and its easy enough. Now I love Tatyana, its so pretty and it means fairy queen, and i was named after my great grandmother.

I was in the shower this morning thinking about it.... Everyone says Michelle is a pretty name but I think it's somewhat generic. if I could pick I would be Alexis or Alexandra.

I used to hate my name. I never knew anyone named Gail.I always wanted a 'normal' name.But now I like that not many people have my name

I love my name... always have! i even grew up with another gina which was cool! my mom almost named me roxanne... ugh... no offense to anyone that may have that name... but i would def permanently change my name to roxy at leasy... LOL

I like my name better now that I'm older... Elizabeth. No one calls me that but my family though. Everyone else calls me Liz. I do like my name spelled with an s instead of a z though... Elisabeth

mine is Danielle and always was called Dani by family and friends. When I went to college I was like ok no one will call me Dani and guess what after a few weeks it was shortened to Dani which I dont mind I think its cute.

I use to not like my name (Danielle) when I was younger but I like it now. My family tends to shorten everyone's name to one syllable, lol so a lot of them call me Dan, which I absolutely HATE!

I like my name. It's not super common, but it's not weird. I just hate when people call me Melissa instead of Marissa.

i couldn't stand it in HS b/c there were 6-7 of us and i thought it was so common. as i got older i started liking it more. when i say my full name i think it sounds vvery pretty.
