This is one out of the two dresses my mom liked that she tried on at David's Bridal yesterday. I really liked it. The problem is that it would be in periwinkle, like a light blue, and this is for a November wedding, so I don't know if that is all wrong for the month. The only other color she could get is navy, and FH's mom's dress is that color. Do you think this would be wrong for her to wear in November in light blue? I really liked the style on her.

My mom said someone at her job said it's okay to wear if it's periwinkle because it's a little bit darker than light blue, but I don't see a big difference in those colors really.

I think you can wear any color any time of the year now. As long as she doesn't wear white -- that's your job!

I think it's FINE! My Mom is wearing a periwinkle dress and I am getting married just two weeks before you. If she likes the dress and the color, that's all that matters! It's most important she feels comfortable.....forget what others think!

normally i would think no for periwinkle in fall..... but if the other mother is wearing navy... then i think it would be fine because both mothers would be in shades of blue

I think that light blue would be fine...November really isnt winter...its kind of fall so that color would definetly work! pretty dress!
