Do you tip your seamstress?

Has anyone got alterations done by someone on the side and did you tip them and how much?

I didn't tip. She did it from her house - so i figured she charged what she expected to be paid

I also followed the general rule: if they own their own business, I didn't tip. My seamstress has her own business, so I didn't tip her.
