Do you use proactiv? (with poll)

I don't use ProActiv -- I always usually had pretty clear skin but recently my face has really broken out pretty badly -- I think as a result of stress. And I have been seeing a dermatologist and he told me your skin cycles every 4 weeks so if your skin is really broken out give it some time. Right now I also use Cetaphil and then a gel from the dermatologist and my face is beginning to clear up and there is a big difference.

Yes. The dermatologist said the same thing. Mine actually told me not to use it because of the dependency factor and that in the end, once I stop it will get worse.

They recommended using simple stuff, so I switched back to Cetaphil cleanser and an Aveeno moisturizer.

Right now I'm dependent on strong medicine from the dermatologist. It seems like my face needs something but the creams are very drying.
