My friends and I have this convo last night. and I was shocked to hear that some of them left their rings on when they went to sleep. I take mine off every night.

WOW! I have a little ring dish on my night stand that I put it in. I would NEVER think about sleeping with it on... unless of course I had too much to drink but then I'm not thinking

I take it off before going to bed and all of my other jewlery...I cannot sleep with anything on or work-out with anything on. I also take my e-ring off when I put lotion on and while sitting at my desk I'll notice it on my desk...yikes! I need to stop doing this
