Do you wear your E-ring to sleep??

My friends and I have this convo last night. and I was shocked to hear that some of them left their rings on when they went to sleep.
I take mine off every night.

I rarely take mine off Only when we are hardcore cleaning or raking leaves and that's not too often

I usually leave it on but sometimes I do take it off. Especially during the summer time or hot weather, my fingers swell over night and then my ring is so tight in the morning.

I used to wear mine to bed but I kept scratching my face up. I now take it off and put it in the ring any every night.

I have to take it off when I sleep. I also have to take out my earrings. I can't sleep with any of it on. I also take it off to cook (so i don't get gross meat juice etc. on it) and when I go to the gym (I don't wanna grab weights with it cause i feel like i'll scratch the band)

I take it off and put it in my jewelry box every night. Also take it off for the shower and dishes.

I take it off at night bc sometimes it gets alil too tight when I'm warm at night and I put it in the ring box on my night table, otherwise its on All the time!

I leave it on until I go to sleep and then it's in it's little home, the ring holder lol...I need all jewelry on when I leave the house or I feel naked but the second I come home all comes off except my E-Ring and my Grandma's ring until I go to bed. I swell so much at night I need everything off lol
