Does anybody still celebrate ALL their anniversaries?

Today is our five year dating anniversary and we still plan on celebrating!!! Now we have our engagement anniversary (which just past) and next year there will be a wedding anniversary to look forward to every year!! Does anybody else look forward to special dates? Or is it just us???

We met (the second time around) on New Year's Eve (12/31/99) and were completely inseparable that night, but didn't have our first moment as a couple together until after midnight, so our anniversary is 1/1/00. We plan on celebrating our 4th dating anniversary this year, and I imagine that we will always acknowledge it in the future, but we are actually looking forward to this being our last celebration of our dating anniversary. Everything is twice as expensive on New Year's Eve, and that's when we always celebrate, and we always wind up missing out on spending the night with friends because we feel we should spend our anniversary alone.

I think we'll probably celebrate our 1 year engagement anniversary on 3/28/04, but it's also the 10 year anniversary of my grandfather's death - an event which was very hard on me, so there's no telling how that will go.

I guess when we get married, we'll acknowledge (or at least I will) our other anniversaries, but we'll probably only celebrate our wedding anniversary.

yes we do...& our wedding date & our 'dating' anniversary are the same day!!!!

we celebrate out engagement anniversary. jan.2 2002. every month on the second he gets me a single rose. on our dateing one we also do something special(JULY 21). after we are married our anniversary of that will only come every 4 years so i am not really sure what we will do ... i guess celebrate on the 28th and then on the 4th year do something real nice like maybe go away.

we still celebrate the day we met, and for some reason at the sixth month mark we celebrate and our engagment date. we are cheesy and just look for reasons to celebrate. it keeps the relationship fun with something to always look forward to and celebrate
