The Beach Club Estate in Lake Ronkonkamah has Kosher catering available for reasonable prices.... at least it did 4 years ago when I got married there...

I think some of the smaller vineyards will allow you to bring in your own caterer.

I'm doing this, my caterer is coming with their own catering tent.

Just take a Sunday and drive down the two main county roads in NorthFork, and hit each vineyard and ask them for the info, and take a good look around. Then come home and make the calls.

Almost all the vineyard I stopped by where willing to do weddings and many of them would just let you rent the space, most make you buy wine.

Mine just let me rent the space, and didn't force me to buy any of their wine. I'm bringing my own everything, it doesn't look $$$, but it is very $$$, beecause in the end its very customized
