Does anyone else keep banging their ring on things? I don't normally wear jewelry, so the engagement ring took a little getting use to wearing every day. But, am I the only klutz?! I hit it on everything! My poor ring.

be careful!!!
My guess is that you'll get used to it soon enough, but if you don't, I'd be nervous if i hit it all the time - maybe you could look into having your setting lowered?

My setting is really high, so it happens to me. I am going to get it lowered when i go to buy my band

I do it all the time...I wonder if I'll ever get used to it (It's been 4 months already!) and I get nervous everytime I do.
I try to be careful, but sometimes you can't help it.

yes, but i got used to it. every now and then i still do..but i'm more aware of it so i'm more careful

Yup me 2. I think I am getting more used to it. But I am always freaking out the diamond will fall out. I am always checking to make sure its still there. I'm so paranoid.

I bang it sometimes too, I'm not used to wearing rings so it took some time getting used to. I don't do it a lot but when I do I'm afraid I'm going to scratch the diamond. I just try to be really careful and mindful of having it on.

I'm getting better, but yeah I have the same problem too. Speaking of, did you get it insured? I've been meaning to but haven't gotten around to it. Not really sure where to go.

I wear rings all the time, and have always banged them into things occasionally. The first time I did it with e-ring I freaked. Now, I remain calm about it. The diamond is in a 6 prong setting, so it isn't going anywhere.
As for insurance, yes mine is insured, and all i did was take the apprasail certificate to my car insurance company (State Farm), and they gave me a personal property insurance policy for it.

I've hit mine a few times. One time, I hit it so hard I took it to a jeweler to make sure it wasn't loose.

I got used to my diamond really fast!!! Especially since I don't really wear much jewerly.
