We have been married for 2 1/2 months and we hardly see each other. DH works during the day and has class at night. I work at night and some weekends. I knew that we were going to see less of each other when school started, but sometimes it is 3 days before we see each other where one of us is not asleep. It just makes me sad. I was just wanting to know if there are others out there with the same issue and how you deal with it.

My Fh and I moved in together 2 years ago, but, I have worked for the NYPD for 4 years.. And I do have to say I see him more since we live together, but it's still not easy. I work midnights 11:15pm - 8:00am. and he works during the day... So we see each other at night for dinner, then I'm off to work at 10:30pm.... At least the time we spend together is good

My Fh just started working 11 hour days and the commute ends up being 1.5 hours each way, so I hardly see him. In a few weeks i'll be bakc to school and wokring evenings so I'll even get home after him. He's moving into his own apartment which is close to my school in a few weeks, so maybe I'll be able to see him more at night, etc. yay for sleepovers
However, it's much better than when he was in school in PA. But then we talked on teh phone 4 hours a day, now we can't..at least I get to hug him when he gets in from work.
