my sisters showever moved pretty quickly we kept giving her the gifts(and her husband helped open them which sped it up) the only thng they 'oooohed for was a quilt her MIL made for them)

I like showers as long as I know somone else there..

I love showers!! It actually doesn't bother me...I love to see what the bride/mom to be gets

I had one today at the Milleredge.
The gift part does get boring.

and it does make a difference, who is attending (funny people?) and if there are any games.

I won a frame in bridal bingo

i like the baby showers over bridal showers - more cute stuff to look at, but overall they don't bother me. the worst shower i went to was 2 years ago, there were almost 100 women there

and it took the bride 5+ hours to open the gifts!!!! it was SOOOO boring - people left before cake and coffee were served b/c it was running way too long!!!
