Does anyone elses FH

Play Video games?? Mine has been obsessing over this game for like 2 weeks now. Then he says to me 'Why are you on the computer all night?' Um, well it's not like I can watch TV!!!

He isn't addicted, but when a game comes out that he really wants, I lose him. LOL... ever since Halo 3 last Tuesday, he's been a video game junkie!!!

Are you kidding me?! I have every new thing that comes out... when the psp came out, to the xbox 360 I tell him he acts like a child. Then he had his laptop hooked up with all of the old atari and nintendo games.

OMG! I shuold have never bought him an XBOX 360! thats all he does now. When I call him at home and ask him what hes doing he says 'playing some box!'

THATS WHAT MY FH DOES TO ME!!

he's been hooked on xbox for over a year now, and sometimes plays frm 6pm til 10pm.. and ill get livid.. and he'll turn around and say 'you're always on the comp'

UHM....my FH doesnt even answer the phone thats how 'into the game' he is...he doesnt hear it ring...or thats just what he tells me!!

OMG.....do I hear ya!! FH loves his video games....he was off of work when Halo 3 came out n went out at midnight to buy it......his friend toke off of work and they played all nite into the morning.....sick FH n his friends asked that after we get married if they could have one video games day a month......boys and their toys!!

I love when that happens! The phone is ringing and it's in arms reach for him, yet I have to walk all the way across the house to get it because he's in game mode & yells 'PHONE'

NO Thank god! FH works a million hours a week, everyday so he wouldnt even have time to turn one on lol
My ex (before FH) was completely obsessed!!! I mean morning, noon and night all he would do was play his video games. He was in the army so any game that was remotely related to war and fighting was all he played. he would just leave me there bored outta my head while he played for HOURS and HOURS. So i'd just hang with his family lol it was the worst! And I'll still talk to him on occasion and ask him what he's been up to. and (never fails) he mentions the fact he bought a new video game or a new console of some sort...
and I tell him 'thank god we're not together anymore, cause i would have killed you a long time ago' lol

Mine plays all the time..from the time he gets home from work till about 2 am..i keep yelling at him that he is too old for shuff!!!

He's an animal...he actually made me go with him to Best Buy as soon as we finished eating so he could get a game he wanted. We got there 3 minutes after 9 and they had already closed. He begged the employee to let us in because it was his b-day...he even showed the guy his license to prove it. I explained that we left his family at the dinner table so he could get there in time!! He is obsessed!!!!!
And of course he has PSP for traveling! Fun!

so funny how, here we all are, slightly addicted to this site and our counter parts similarly attached to their dear video games.

my FH included! it took a lot of getting used to, but now it's only slightly irritating. though since i started planning our wedding, i don't notice as much.

funny how many pages of responses there are on the topic.

I've been officially warned that the XBOX haitus is over since baseball season has ended (well for him anyway...he's a Mets fan)...thank goodness I have a computer and another tv b/c I do not consider that a great way to pass time
