i think it depends on the kind. i know my mix at home is like 99% caffeine free.

Yep, hun, I believe it does....but I know there used to be one by Hershey's called Goodnight Kisses that was decaf....don't know if they still make it.

i know if i eat dark chocolate i get the jitters (in the same way i would have if i had coffee)

Generally, hot chocolate has as much caffeine as decaf coffee. (5 milligrams in 8 ounces)

ETA: That is a pretty negligible amount. If decaf coffee doesn't give you jitters, hot chocolate won't either.
